This two and a half-day workshop is designed specifically for the teaching professional interested in an in-depth understanding and application of the theory, principles and training strategies necessary to teach trust to his or her students. This workshop can accommodate up to 10 teaching professionals and includes extensive study of the nut’s and bolts behind teaching and training trust. It includes extensive classroom lecture, discussion and activities as well as on-course training. The Trust-It: Teaching Professionals Workbook includes topics such as; the theoretical basis for trust: motor performance and information processing theory, psychological skills leading to trust, practicing to perform, drills for mental skills and monitoring and evaluating mental skills performance. All participants should have read the book, Trust-It: getting your head out of the game prior to the workshop.

This seminar is designed for up to 20 golfers of varying handicaps. Each participant receives a Trust-It workbook that contains a summary of the key points and drills conducted during the seminar. Optional follow-up sessions are available upon request.

Participants should be mature enough to engage in a half-day seminar that requires extended periods of focus and effort both in a classroom and on-course settings. This seminar can accommodate up to 15 junior golfers of varying handicaps. Each participant will receive a Trust-It: Jr. Golfer’s booklet that contains a summary of the key points, activities and a description of the drills conducted during the seminar.
